Customer is always right, right?

At first we all counted on word of mouth, referrals… then the internet changed everything.

At the beginning everyone was honest and polite … now anyone can write anything online.

🧵 Uber wasn’t the first but it did make popular “customer reviews” Not reviews BY customers, but reviews OF customers by the ride hailing app and the drivers. Now the ball is in both courts and I’m curious to see how far this feature would go. (1/4)
